The Salem Bus Station building is very clean, buses are very comfortable, clean and safe; would be good to have coffee and tea back when it’s possible. The process of making payment for tickets is very slow, But really good idea for bus transportation and good price, The awesome job during the pandemic time. Thank you very much.

Such a convenient affordable service. We used to take Flightline to and from Boston however they closed. Wish I had discovered this service long ago. Also they have a bathroom on board.

Great way to get into Boston from the southern NH area, as a commuter or if travelling out of Logan to save on parking. Free coffee for Boston Express passengers, not the best but it's cheap and all I need to make it to lunch. Bus seats are comfortable, passengers and drivers are friendly.
