Making a donation has become a serious hassle. This is my 5th or 6th time trying. Hours are all over the place and only posted AT the donation area. Not helpful. Today it is 10am-4pm. It is now 945am and they won't take my donation until 10am because a truck is here and the 2 women need their cigarettes. Sitting in my car waiting til 10 because I'm tired of driving here to be turned away.

Not much selection but they had what I need. Definitely have been in more organized and cleaner second hand stores. Prices are about average

I used to love coming here- they had the best deals and items! The past few times I’ve went in there it’s a mess. Everything is severely overpriced. I saw a Walmart jacket priced for $40…. A regular corduroy shirt $20. It’s ridiculous. There was always a rude woman there everytime I went and usually worked the registers. She is not a very nice person & made me not ever want to come back in there. I probably won’t come back again unfortunately.

This place needs better management. Every time I come here it's gross and a mess (I thrift shop frequently so believe me when I say it's not kept as well as most). I stopped in a few weeks ago in hopes I'd find a treasure within the madness. As soon as I walked in the manager on duty yelled at me that the store was about to close.... which wasn't for another 15 minutes. I've worked in retail my whole life and it is not protocol to turn customers away well BEFORE closing time, but especially in the tone she said it. I don't care if it's a thrift store or Saks 5th, when you work in retail you need to learn basic customer service skills.
