I have absolutely no complaints about service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, easy to work with, and addressed concerns related to the physical space quickly. I will say, however, that the unit was originally rented to me at a price of about 90$. Within 6 months the rate was raised to 110$, and 6 months later the rates were increased to 132$ - effectively a 50% increase. There aren't price controls on the units, and poorer people (especially those who have lost their homes or can't pay rent) are usually the ones who need storage. These massive increases take a pretty exacting toll on those already in difficult financial situations.

This place is great. I shopped around and this location had the best prices at the time. It’s super clean, both staff members I met were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I love the dollys available for use at the loading dock for upper floor rentals.

The Salem, NH (10 Hampshire Rd.) storage units are very clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It's very easy to find a close parking space when needed, especially when raining or blizzard conditions. The indoor temperature is always comfortable, no matter what time of year. The modern elevator is easy to use and always works great. The bathroom is not always open but the one in the office is available when needed during office hours. Overall, I give them a rating of 9/10. I'd give them a 10/10 if their bathroom was open on Sundays, but I can understand why it's not, because of some homeless people trying to use it occasionally and making a mess.

I rented a unit over the web. Went to meet with an employee in AM and he never showed up. Then went back the same afternoon at 2:10 pm the office was closed, no one to be found plus no sign explaining why they were Closed. I called the main number and that employee couldn’t contact anyone either. This is not the way I should be treated.
