The only way to find out for sure is to call the Abbey. I would say you have a good chance. Call and ask.
The brethren do indeed serve meals for guests, three per day. There are usually snacks out in the servery as well, at hours between meals. The food is simple but good. I suppose the length of your stay will depend upon the Abbey's schedule. The suggested rate per night when I was there, just recently, was $40. This is very much a bargain, considering the hospitality the community offer to their guests. If one can pay more, please do--this is a good, Catholic community, one which I hope will flourish well into the future.
