This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. The staff are happy, smiling and helpful. Everyone from the concierge to the trainers and management are highly professional. Any time I’ve experienced an issue they have addressed it promptly and professionally. The one area I’d like to see improvement is related to fixing broken equipment. When a piece of equipment is down I would like to see a sign that shows the anticipated fix date. Life Time North Dallas did this and seemed generally more responsive to broken equipment.

They got rid of the rims for a pickeball court! I don’t pay 200$+ a month for one basketball court there was no reason to get rid of the rims!

Convenient hours. 3rd rate gym with same rate management. Agree Missy is extremely problematic. The fact she is still employs means upper management supports her behavior. Entire mgmt needs to be replaced

As a former employee, the West Plano location front desk staff are all compress and nationalities. India & Senogal, for example, and all the beautiful skin tones, too. Very diverse club, both on staff and members. ALL sizes, shapes, and colors are welcome.

There are 2 basketball courts and there are locker rooms in men's and women's bathroom area.

Yeah, monthly subscription required. I have had a lot of memberships with different clubs and lifetime has the best facilities hands down.
Sadly no. You could go with a member invitation.
I believe service animals would probably be allowed in, but other than that I don't believe so. If course, the front desk can give you a more definite answer.
