Is your staff racially diverse? Are the only ones beautifully colored are the janitors and housekeeping? Sounds like a lot of the complaints to your facility are from racially diverse individuals, is this true?

As a former employee, the West Plano location front desk staff are all compress and nationalities. India & Senogal, for example, and all the beautiful skin tones, too. Very diverse club, both on staff and members. ALL sizes, shapes, and colors are welcome.

I once saw a gazelle working the front desk.

That's not been my observation, seems reasonably diverse to me, and I've worked out there for years.
