Please save your time and go somewhere else. Worst clinic I have ever visited Very rude staff, no customer service and poor management. Waited more than 1.5 hours still could not see doctor. They told it might take another hour to see the doc and next time I should day off to see a doctor there!

Don’t go here. Doctor will put you on antidepressants only to never refill a prescription, never contact you back via website or call, go on vacation during your appointments and never tell you to leave you in their lobby for an hour only to reject your appoint because “no one else is available”. Terrible service, why put someone on antidepressants and anxiety medication to never refill it? First time I’ve ever used them

It’s a shame the doctor here is wonderful I will miss seeing Rafael Pomales but the staff is absolutely horrible worst experience I’ve ever had with this clinic more than once,now I’m finally done!! Moving on if you go there be prepared to wait for two hours at least, the staff is not friendly and they never answer the phone!! The calling service is even worse they never get anything right!! I originally gave this clinic a five star rating now a one star it’s gone down hill!!! I was told I would get a virtual call at 5 PM the day of my appointment so that I can continue my prescriptions and I never got the call? Grateful for the minute clinic CVS and my insurance company helping me to find a new primary care doctor!! Adios

I need a mediation refill and receptionist Juan helped me out a lot by calling the pharmacy to order the prescription and called me back to let me know if the prescription was ready. I do appreciate him a lot.

No they are not closed but they have been having problems with the phone lines recently. Also Pomales himself is only in on Mondays right now, but you can see another pa or np there any other day if you need to. If you cant get ahold of them on the phone then I would just go up there in person. I just had an appointment yesterday
In Clinicas Mi Doctor they can do laboratory tests and tell you the results the same day.
Clinics my Doctor has laboratories and they do different analyzes and of course also ultrasounds.
