The employees at this location are straight up LAZY LIARS! Was at home all day sitting on my porch when I received a notification about a delivery attempt with no safe location to leave a package. It also stated that a notice was left. How?! I’ve literally been here on my porch, no mail truck, no attempt, definitely a safe location, no notice, NOTHING! So basically you’re saying if I want my stuff I need to come get it when I PAID FOR SHIPPING! I don’t understand why you applied to be a mail courier if you didn’t want to do the job? Pure lazy and deceitful! I bet you thought I wasn’t going to make a complaint because what you didn’t know is who I’m connected to and I’m definitely going to press the issue all the way down to main headquarters!

This is the worst post office to go to. The front desk is disrespectful and racist. They have side conversations instead of assisting people.

I was able to be in and out within 20 min for fingerprinting. The lady at the counter was efficient, polite and professional despite an irrational customer yelling about not being able to get tape off the roll. This tape was offered by the USPS agent btw because the customer came to post office with her package opened. This place isn’t perfect but I’ve had more positive than negative experiences. We’re all doing the best we can - pls be kind.

Are you asking me this question because i am a carrier and i personally would not lie about delivering a package knowing i didn't. If a carrier doesn't deliver a package but scans it as delivered it goes back out the next day you should follow up at your local post office and see if the item is still in their possession or out with the carrier for your address. Im sorry that this happened to you and i pray you get it resolved.

I want to know why our letter carrier took the out going mail out of our box but didn't deliver our mail?????????? That's the third time they have done that!!!!!!!!!!

For 21229, it should be...you should check online mapping to verify the post office location. This is a terrible postal office, I am glad to have moved away from the post office service.
This location is one of the worst for not following the same practice as other locations... you should probably call the office to check first.
