Carrier said my package couldn’t be delivered due to animal interference. I was staring at my dog in his crate when the message came thru. Where he’s been all day specifically because I didn’t want them to come while he was outside. My handler always has an attitude and always leaves my gate open 🙄 If you don’t want to deliver then quit!

I just left the Walbrook Post office standing there for 45 minutes as it was to open at 2:30 along with other people that stood there before I arrived. NO ONE EVER OPENED THE DOOR! We saw a person sitting inside at the window and they NEVER came to the door! Even as a courtesy to say it would take longer to open or a sign on the door. I came there on time at my lunch hour to do postal business. How is this a federal agency and they set their own hours? It already closes for a lunch period. They never have enough staff, they have no customer care personality like they hate the job or you are disturbing for service. It is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to people coming there for service! My time is just as precious since I rushed there on my lunch time and left without any results and late getting back to work. Absolutely shameful. Hire more people or people that want to work or better yet retrain them to respect the office and customers by NOT leaving them to bang on the door.
