Amazing experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic and well versed in the air crafts they had there. Definitely recommend this place if you like old WWII planes. Take the guided tour if you can, it’s a bit long, but it was definitely worth our time.

Can’t wait to go back. We brought 4 generations of family and we all loved the air show.

It is a small museum with a few planes. A tour guide told some interesting stories about the specific ones on display. I wish I could have given them 3.5 stars, but felt it would have been unfair to go all the way down to three. My rating is based entirely on value. I felt that the relatively few items on display did not justify such a high admission fee. The National Museum of the United States Air Force about an hour and a half away has everything. Every US aircraft flown in every war and lots of foreign military aircraft. They even have the Apollo 15 module and rocks brought back from the moon and every ICBM including the current state of the art Minute Man III. Plus tons of relics, artifacts, videos, even the Wright Brothers Flyer and an Omnimax theater. And admission is free.

Do they have any C-47s? Also how interactive is this museum? Can you do through and look in side or sit inside like Wright Patt?

We do not have a C-47. Though we had one visit a few months ago. We do have a really nice example of a flying C-45. re: Interactivity. We are working towards having the cockpit 360 views available. That being said, there are no barriers between our aircraft and the public. You can get right up close to all of them. --David O'Maley
