Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.

Horrible service, lost my package, always closed....ghetto. how can you open at 1100 and then take your lunch at 1130?

Update in case useful to others: Staff at this location say they are typically open 11 AM to 1:55 pm and then 3 pm to 4:30 pm, however if the last customer before the lunch break runs long, then they push back the 3 pm reopening so staff have their full hour off the clock. Staff seem to be doing their best short handed. Original review: As others mentioned, hours here are unpredictable. I've been served here when I caught them open but also arrived during posted hours to an ' out to lunch ' sign, and no indication of lunch hour/when office will reopen. Also, the sign in this post office has been changed from 10-4:30 to 11 to 4:30, so definitely wouldn't come before 11 AM. I hear they are short-staffed?

This was two days in a row, so no mail service. How can the community members get things done such as pay bills if the business won’t open.
