This place is my worst experience in many aspects 1. What you get promised during registration will be forgotten next day once you paid the money 2. Worst PT experience I had to stop within 2 weeks even I paid for month 3. You will lot of surprises that you need to pay this extra , no refunds on this etc … once you end your membership … kind of making money in a different ways 4. Very bad maintenance … you can find roaches and flies near some workout areas 5. No WiFi and no internet service towers … you can’t even listen to music during your workouts , total demotivating 6. Very bad response or sometime ignorance when we raised concerns … There are many better places with great guidance than this one … need to think multiple times before taking membership

This location is the only bad one I've ever been to. Horrible cable equipment, super old/broken. Multiple broken machines, 2 of of 6 stair masters work. No clips or decent hand grips anywhere. Place is hot garbage, also smells like it too

BEWARE $548.00 i have given this side ways back woods shady business. So for 2 months of service its been $274.00 a month. Signed up 2 months for only a specific location thier allen location AAAANNNND they randomly closed down. LOL like in the middle of the night they were hauling off work out equipment. No NOTICE!!! NO email NO phone call NO text NO tweet NO pigeon mobile NO pony express NADA ZILCH SQUAT DO NOT COLLECT 200 AND PASS GO. Company going DOWN HILL AND YOU ARE NEXT employeesincluding! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH ●●●●●FINE PRINT●●●●● They don't even have a rebuttal to my review, because they know it's DIRTY and beyond unprofessional. Called corporate... they don't care they haven't returned one phone call. They sent me straight to voicemail when I told them what happened with the allen location. They just took over $100 bucks out of my account not even 10 days before closing for my annual fee for me and my husband. ●●●● I signed up 1 month before they closed. ●●●●● To top it all off●●●●● I can't cancel unless I PAY THEM FOR THE NEXT 12 MONTHS FOR 2 PEOPLE!!!! ●●●●●●SO THEY LET ME SIGN UP NOT EVEN 2 MOTHS BEFORE THEY SHUT THE DOORS! I thought huh I'll just cancel my credit card they have on file ..... lol no because it will go to collections and ding my credit!!! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DAN owns this company. HIDE YO KIDS HIDE YO WIFE.
