I just got off the phone with a lady who returned my call and she was being very rude when all I was inquiring about was my water and electricity bill and she was very uncaring and flat out said that they don’t help pay Plano water bills and Cirro energy. Basically, I feel they are very useless in times of need for many people if that’s how they talk to people over the phone. 🙃

Yes they will assist you with your rent and electricity there is also you can get assistance from Vincent de Paul I know of other places that you can get assistance if you dial 211 they can tell you a bunch of places that will help you also or you can just go down there they will help you
They will help with rent not sure about the insurance, i have cancer and they helped me with my water bill.
I know there is someone there except for lunch time and certain days.
They can give you a list of all the local food pantries and do provide job assistance programs

No. Unfortunately I haven't found ANY resources ANYWHERE for help with that. 😔 The best they can do is help with other costs to free up $ so you can then pay your car payment.
Please call the center. They have a Homeless Prevention Program. They provide financial assistance to Collin County residents and will refer you to other agencies or organizations if needed.
Call and see if you can get assistance from them. They only work with people in certain zip codes. Also try Shsred Ministries.

Hi Ellen. We have an I Seek Employment Class here at the Center on Tuesdays from 10am until 11:30. We also have an evening class the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 5:30pm until 7:00pm. I hope this helps! Thank you for contacting us!
