This place is convenient to get to and from the airport. You can pay 7 dollars per day to park at their Framingham lots and it's 18 dollars round trip to get to and from the airport. My only issue with them is that it can be quite confusing when they change policy on pick up times and frequency because it's typically not clearly communicated on the website. We've decided not to fly into Logan too late because the bus pick ups become less frequent and it seems uncertain on late pickup due to the different schedules at the airport and website.

Today I had worst experience in Logan airport. I was waiting at terminal E with little kids. First bus came in 20 mins and parked away from the loading zone and the lady said she has space only for one luggage and passenger and made us strand in the middle of the road with little kids. We pulled all the luggage back to the terminal loading zone and waited for next bus which came 40 minutes later and that was already full and no space for anyone. I purchased the ticket but couldn’t use the service. I found alternate transport options. No communications are made by the ground staff to the bus schedule management folks. Not a reliable options. Do not get stuck at the airport after long flight journey.

As always very organized, parking free if under 30min. Get tickets inside, park in the 30min temp parking outside the main parking lot OR if you want to "hunt" for a parking space go inside the main lot anyway, just don't stay longer than 30min or they'll charge you. Buses are really nice for a shuttle and can't beat the convenience, so far always on time (not blaming they for force majeure events like a crash), used them about a couple of hundred times so far.

Love this service. Easy, convenient, low cost parking option for Central Mass and Metro West. Driver is pleasant and helpful, checking what terminal you are going to, making sure to load the bags for easy unload at each terminal. Will definitely use again for future trips!

Yes a nice area with seats and clean bathroom, vending machines too.
Expiration is one year , if you look at the date closely you will see it

There are other bus companies that go from Falmouth to Logan not the Logan express

I believe that the ticket expires one year from the date of purchase. That would be 2023
There is parking available at the Framingham pick-up and drop-off point. I believe it is $12 a day it's attached and part of the bus terminal
