I ordered a pair of shoes and had them delivered to the mailroom with 24 hour surveillance. My package went missing. The leasing manager Corey Johnson stepped up to the plate. He reviewed the surveillance footage in a timely fashion, and promptly located/secured my missing package. Given previous management I really didn’t have faith that this outcome would be likely, but Corey gave me a reason to believe in their ability to take care of their tenants. I was pretty furious when I called the leasing office initially but he kept his calm, and honestly treated me with more respect than I probably would have treated myself with if the shoe was on the other foot. This place isn’t perfect, but it’s clear that new management is doing what they need to turn things around.

I just wanted to say me and my partner have been looking for a place for a few months and we found the green and it’s amazing! We are moving in soon so I’ll update more info about the location then. However, Nico, our rep has been fantastic, he showed me around really twice, eased all my concerns and actually put us first above himself to help us find a new home! If you want a great rep who is an awesome human being, reach out and ask for Nico!!

Worst place EVER to live! No security cameras! I’m tired to this messy!! Loud party almost EVERY DAY @ bbq area! I only can sleep after police come here.. guess what most people who do those parties don’t live here! Front buildings doors it’s always broken! Front office don’t care about us! Those 🤬 people who make party pee almost every where, negligent and unprofessional leasing office… I really want to understand why such an expensive rent price if the administration does not do the least for the residents, which is to invest in security and end the mess

This review is for the staff at The Green at 9&90. I went to inquire about terminating my lease early and Niko was very kind and helpful. He offered me a seat as soon as I came in the door and he promptly answered all of my questions. He also did additional research that I didn’t come in for to better assist my exit from the complex.
