Atlas Glass and Mirror was prompt with estimate and site planning. Start to finish was very fast for the two mirrors, one of which was large wall mirror which had to make a turn in the hallway and then down a flight of stairs! Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to have them do the work.

I am a very unhappy customer. As much as I hate to write a poor review for a area business, this was so bad I had no choice. I wanted to replace a bay window that was cloudy. They came, measured and checked it out and gave me a price. When the 2 men came to do the work they couldn't get the window out and blamed the company who put it in years ago for using strong epoxy. They finally had to break the window and left a mess. After putting in new window I was upset to see they did a horrible job leaving putty and epoxy all over the place. The vinyl frame around the original window was all cracked and broken by them but not repaired or replaced. They left broken glass on the windowsill and in the garden. There was uneven putty around and on the window. I refused to pay for such shoddy workmanship but they kept blaming the previous installers. When the owner came to try to repair the mess he tried to clean up what they did but it still looks awful. I would never use or recommend them again.

More than five months ago Atlas picked up my patio table to have the glass replaced. They told me to expect two to three weeks turnaround. Today , five months later, I got the table back. They blame the issue on the fabricators mistakes. I didn't hire the fabricator I hired Atlas. they seem like nice people but that didn't help. This was an extremely frustrating experience. My take is that there was no sense of urgency and extremely poor follow up on their part with the fabricator to push the project through to completion. The communication was terrible. I had to call nearly every week but most of the time they did't ans the phone and the mailbox was full. Really didn't get any follow up until I went to their office in person . I don't sense this is business they wanted. That would have been fine . they should not have accepted the job. They need to either find another fabricator or not take on business they don't want. I am going to pay them right away because that is the right thing to do. They should never have billed me. that would have been the right thing to do on their part. I guess we have different standards. Very poor business decision on their part.

I highly recommend Atlas Glass & Mirror, Tom and Jay are awesome! I had an emergency glass repair and they came the same day I called and fixed it in less than an hour. I am more than happy with their professionalism and efficiency. Atlas is my go-to glass company, and it should be yours too! Melissa A.

In the last 5 or 10 years, clear glass treatments have been developed which when applied to the glass it greatly reduces the maintenance requirements for the homeowner. For a nominal fee we can protect your new glass shower door from any kind of future stains.
If the old mirrors are to be used side by side with new mirrors it is really not possible to use the old mirror in that case. If the old mirror is next to the new mirror the older mirror will not be as bright as the new mirror. the metal on the back of the mirror deteriorates over time and the sheen becomes duller. If the mirror is to be used alone then you may be able to use it.
No, any seal failure will result in a replacement of that product. Once the urethane seal fails and moisture and dirt start to enter the insulated glass unit, there is a desiccant material in the band that will absorb moisture for a period of time. once the desiccant has absorbed all the moisture it can, the unit will start to fog up. There is no way to clean the glass or repair the glass unit. It needs to be replaced.
