Our basement had been waterproofed with Busy Dog several years ago, and an agent came this week to do some annual maintenance. Our agent, Devon, was courteous, attentive, and upbeat. I had a concern about a collection of iron ochre on our outdoor bubble pot. Devon called the office manager, sent photos from his phone, and put me on speaker phone so we could all discuss this at the same time, which was helpful. Long story short, he recommended a new product the company was now using, which I could use once a month in the water pump. I purchased some of the product for monthly maintenance. About 2 hrs after he left, I noticed that the iron ochre build-up on the bubble pot was completely gone, and had been restored to its original green condition. Amazing! I was very satisfied with the service, and Devon was very pleasant to work with.

Busy dog installed our system 8 years ago. They come annually to check system and ensure all is well. System is in great shape, only thing we have had to do is replace the battery. It does not have to pump that often but we feel great knowing we no longer have to worry about a flooded basement. They are timely, knowledgeable and professional.

The technician that came today, Devon, was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the system. We trusted this company to do the right thing. We went over at length of what we needed done. We have a finished basement that needed waterproofing. Now that the system is in place and was so poorly installed. we can’t finish the space back to its original state. I’ve ask to be called back to speak to construction Dept with no response. We were charged an enormous amount of money to be left like this. I’m honestly, physically sick. We work hard for our money and want our home to be safe. Not much to ask for. I would never refer anyone to use this company.
