The old gentleman (Paul if I’m correct), was extremely rude and aggressive when I said I think there is an issue with my machine. He quickly got offended and keep saying there aren’t any issues with any machines in here when there are customers from last year who said machines in here are old and broken and this is 100% true since I come every week and always have some minor issues. The main issue: Paul’s RUDENESS and DENIAL. Also, he said “you should go to another place if you like”. I didn’t expect such rudeness from a business owner in Walpole but Paul made me realized differently.

Fairly priced & outstanding service! Friendly & welcoming in an exceptionally clean environment. I drop off loads to be done (free&clear detergent is an option!) & always receive📲 phone call/text when its ready. Clothes are folded professionally & sorted in a bag neatly in the basket I dropped off in. $13.50 minimum for 10lbs(?) & under. Tips not expected but appreciated 💵

Woefully, the diabolical owner who gave me the wrong change for my two $20. dollar bills sits and watches everyone closely and screams at people to unnerve them unduly. He stole half a load of my expensive clothing and many quarters. There is no rinse cycle so my clothing reeked of detergent the next day. The dryers do not increase drying time unless one presses a button after inserting each quarter. The owner is exceedingly dishonest and my clothes reek of laundry detergent. Lamentably the machines accept money without giving one credit for the amount one deposited. It is a ghastly, vile place and the owner is creepy and a control freak.

Nice place to do laundry just wish that they stayed open later. I tend to work late and to have the last wash/dry to be started by 730 is tough most of the time. We are not a 9-5 society with a housewife anymore. Stay open later with auto lock doors. I know the response will probably be to keep the place clean but the laundromat next to Lewis in norwood is open 18 hrs a day unmanned and is always clean
