Best experience for the worst day. My poor sick dog was seen and diagnosed immediately. Everyone was so kind. When the decision was made there was nothing that could be done, the euthanasia process was done with such care and we got a beautiful card from the vet a couple of days later, just when we needed it reiterating we did the right thing. I highly recommend

Had a great experience sending my cat in to see an internal medicine doctor. The procedure I booked for her was pretty far out but when I reflected that her condition worsened they were able to accommodate me and get her in a much earlier time. I had a very nice and in-depth conversation with the nurse who was going to be with my cat during the procedure. She was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. The day of the operation went smoothly as well and I got a call the following week with results and a plan of action. Overall I've had a great experience, they are extremely busy though so if you need to speak with a doctor you should call and leave a message. They've always gotten back to me when I've left a voicemail.

Pricey but you get what you pay for! We've had two emergency visits, once very early in the morning, once very late at night (after midnight). Both times, the staff were very kind and helpful, and treated our senior dog with care and gentleness. They provide Rx while you're there and also do surgery. They were even helpful in setting up a financing account when our insurance didn't cover our dog's surgery. Please be aware they have covid protocols in place as well.

One of the best of both the best emergency services for pets. My 15 year young kitty is back thanks to them. I will forever be indebted to their incredible care as if she were their own family. I held my kitty in my palm when she was born in the cat shelter fifteen years ago and she is the light my life. My family are thrilled that light is still shining bright thanks to tufts

Like 800 and upwards. My dog's ultrasound was about 500.00$ . X-ray about 250-300.00
No payment plans. They take 75% of the high estimate when you drop your dog off, and the remaining when you pick them up. I just had my dogs ACL done. I have trupanion insurance and they reimbursed me. I recommend tufts and Trupanion. Tufts is the best for surgery hands down.
Hamsters are hard to help medically. If he isn't in pain and moving all limbs I would assume he's ok. If he's not acting his normal self then I would bring him in. There just isn't alot they can do for hamsters. They also have a 2 year life expectancy. If he's hurt or not acting normal the vet will give you the best options to help.
Not sure what your question is...
Walpole is a a full pledged emergency hospital
This isn't a question about Tufts, it's a question for a vet. She needs to call her vet or Tufts directly.
Call & make an appointment with Dr.Maggio. She is awesome. She does do cataract surgery on older dogs. She will answer any questions you have before procedure.
