In short - Hobart makes great machines for food service business but don't expect any kind of meaningful support or service. If you already got one, find a reliable indie service tech who will be available when needed; if you're considering buying one - do not! Perhaps lease it but only if it comes with service. Exuberantly expensive service that's never available when you need it. Unless you're willing to pay even higher rates for "after hours" service. And this is for machines that food service businesses depend on for their livelihood! In other words - pure racket. And unreasonably overpriced parts. Get your hoses and fittings and other generic parts from auto parts and plumbing supply houses before you call and save an average of 85%. Some machine-specific parts cost less from Amazon then from Hobart directly! To top it off, add absolutely impersonal - and I mean completely flat affect; robotic - customer service reps and no tech support for end users. Big thumbs down.
