Dynamic Pest Control is the perfect example of how small businesses can often far exceed the services of a large chain. Dynamic Pest Control offers exceptional services because it has exceptional employees; the owner is as accessible and invested as the employees, and this cooperative effort means that customers work with individuals who care more about actually resolving your pest issue than selling contracts as is the case with many nationwide companies. In fact, when Dynamic Pest Control did work in my home, the two gentlemen (who were awesome, knowledgeable, patient, skillful, and effective) put the requested pest controls in place, and then they helped me identify entrance areas and, after providing a quote, explained how to do the repairs in case I chose to do them myself. This impressed me beyond measure. Even on the phone, the national chain I called for a quote put pressure on me to sign a long-term contract. Dynamic Pest Control offered me short- and long-term solutions with the option to switch my plan in the future should I change my mind, offered exclusion services while also providing instructions on how to properly do the repairs myself should I prefer this option to save money, all while being mindful of my pets and questions. Big shout out to Frank.I called him because my front porch was covered in termites.He explained to me they were not termites but citronella Ants. (Flying ants)He could Charged me between $800 and $2000.He said save your money they will swarm up and die.He Could have taken advantage but he didn’t.Its a pleasure to deal with an honest professional. The materials that we use would have some impact on fleas and ticks, however the places that we apply these materials may not be where the ticks or fleas are located or nesting. Please contact your Dynamic Service Center and they should be able to modify your service to include treating for fleas and ticks when necessary.
In order to control and/or eradicate the insects you must first eliminate their food sources, nesting areas (if any), entry points, etc. With, our IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach identifies not only the pests but the true cause of the problem. We will then treat in the most environmentally responsible way to alleviate current issues and help prevent any future recurrence
