Had my 10,000 mi service done on my Harley-Davidson I could tell immediately that it ran much better the technician seem to know exactly what they were doing and they did not try to rip me off very reasonably priced very good atmosphere if you have a Harley and needed service I would highly recommend you go here.

I was riding down the Blue Ridge Parkway on a bike trip from Illinois, and had check engine and temp light come on. I made it to Cross Roads HD and met Mike at the Service desk. Mike knew exactly what the problem was and gave me some options. While I was talking to Mike a very nice employee walked up and handed me a cold bottle of water (it was hot outside). Mike and his team were able to get my bike fixed and they had be back on the road by 5:30. I had originally though my bike trip was over and that I would be waiting a few days to get the bike fixed. Mike and the staff at Cross Roads HD went out of their way to make sure I got back on the road. The customer service and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Cross Roads HD if you are looking for exceptional service.
