Brandon was fantastic help in finding exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond, even going as far as installing the crossbars on the roof rack for us while we filled out finances. He was very patient, answered all questions and concerns we had, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the sale. The facility was large, clean, friendly, and comfortable. And, of course, my son said they have the best hot chocolate!

Great customer service team! My cars turn around time was about two days in total. I was able to utilize a rental car when my car was being worked on. Paul was fantastic and explained everything thoroughly. All my questions were answered before I left and follow up calls were made later in the week making sure everything was still running smooth. Absolutely great customer service! Highly recommended.

My salesman, Mr Meadows was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to find the right vehicle for me and stayed late to make sure I was happy - dedication! The finance guy, Aram was also very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the financing and warranties. We stopped into the Subaru dealership in Troy without an appointment because of an issue with our battery. Lindsey helped us and was able to get our battery checked and replaced within about an hour. The waiting area is very nice and clean and everyone we met was friendly. Highly recommend the Carbone Subaru dealership.

I just got a car from them last week. There's mask wearing and social distancing. Also some areas have plexiglass. There is hand sanitizer everywhere and the place is very large allowing for more than enough distancing.
Can you please clarify. I didn’t order anything. However, I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 from the dealership. It was was fastest and most efficient online deal I have ever made within two days. They gave me an assurance if the car ever stopped me or have any mechanical problems, they will come to my help. I flew in to Albany and pick the car up; drove it back to Minneapolis with a small hitch on my way. The next day, I took the Vehicle to the dealership which the Carbone refunded me the cost.
