Was in at 8:30 in the drive through tonight, ordered the deluxe cravings box that's listed as $7.49 on the menu with NO mention of a 70 cent upcharge to make the chalupa (which has ALWAYS been plain) a steak cheddar chalupa, and a secondary large unsweetened tea. Get to the window and for a $2.99 tea and the $7.49 box I was charged $12.25, so I asked for the receipt because that didn't sound quite right...they ignore me asking for the receipt, gave me the drink for the combo box, gave me the WRONG receipt then the correct one after being flagged down again, THEN after already having charged me revealed they had NO tea and the manager on duty, Sky, decided I had an attitude when I asked for it to be refunded then since I was getting it for a picky diabetic and NO I didn't want to have another option of drink. This woman decided to then refund ONLY my food, not the drink that I asked, AND THEN got angry when I was still sitting there asking for my receipt AND the refund receipt, and went ballistic when I had the nerve to ask why I was being upcharged 70 cents for a non plain chalupa when that's not what the box has had before and I was honestly confused. She (Sky) chose to scream at me and berate me saying they only had one cravings box AT ALL and slammed the window shut on me. A competant, reasonable person would have simply explained the menu change and tried to move on with a positive customer experience.. But instead, I never received my food, NOR had she told me she canceled it so I had to take my happy self inside and make a fuss, only to find out that they hadn't even bothered to refund the tea AT ALL. And the icing on the cake? They refused to give me copies of the receipts for my refunds and instead gave me photocopies after I insisted, AND THEY STILL DIDNT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT THEY CHARGED. I have 2 refunds- 1 for $8.21, and one for $3.28...76 cents short of what i paid- which looks to be about the same amount as the 70 cent upcharge for a STEAK cheddar chalupa plus tax (my refund receipt shows a regular beef cheddar chalupa so I'm assuming that's where they yet again messed up). The GM refused to acknowledge that her staff was in the wrong at all and instead chose to continue to berate me for being VERY UNDERSTANDABLY aggravated at this horrible establishment. Literally just go anywhere else. All I wanted was some taco bell and all I got was horrible service and even worse attitudes.

The bean n cheese burrito 🌯 is the best deal on the menu. Very inexpensive and delicious. Tried the nacho fries for the first time. I like them. Service is always good here too

Drive through closed due to issues. I get that 100%. What I don't get is why there were 6 people working and the lobby was filthy. We even asked for a wash cloth which I was give wipes. Then I told the girl expediting food. She walked up to the bussiest order taker and told him to clean the lobby. She then disappeared again. It's sad this place is fully staffed and has people in place that cant give direction and are Unwilling to help each other to be successful.it would have taken less time for her or anyone hiding in the back to clean the lobby before hiding.would recommend again closing the lobby to retrain staff. The floors were not swept or mopped e ery table had something on it. The sad part is the locals have become used to it.
