Good neighborhood, perfect management, close to highway, stores and HVCC. We lived there for 2 years and didn’t even have one issue. Also, price include utilities and it is affordable.

apartments are ok, they never clean the streets when it snows nor put salt on the sidewalks, rent always going up every yr.. personally not worth it.. they say utulities included but they charge you for everything else. maintenance its horribable.. dont waste your time or money here

Lived here for the last two years. Excellent value with all utilities included except cable/Internet. Everything is well maintained inside and out, management is very responsive to your needs, maintenance requests are handled same or next day. Occasionally a building will have a problem with enough hot water, and sometimes it takes them a week or two to fix a broken washer or dryer. In the winter the hot water pipes in my basement unit might freeze if it gets below 10F, but again, maintenance is real good about helping out. Compared to pop-up developments in the area, the construction is quite solid. Just pay the rent, don't be a nuisance, and enjoy being in a place where people of all walks of life just peacefully live.

Lived here for 4 years. Nice and affordable community since all utilities are included. Management is responsive and constantly tending the grounds. Close to the highway and HVCC. Fairly quiet neighborhood aside from the valley cats fireworks at night. Overall a great experience.
