Good service, clean restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We only got burgers and they left a lot to be desired. Was told chef wouldn't accept an order rarer than medium so we ordered medium and they were cooked well done. Very little seasoning super bland on the mushroom swiss and the pablo burger was just odd. Edible but I assume the other dishes are stronger to get these reviews.

On staycation, I wanted to try local places for dining. My boyfriend and I decided to try Pablo's because we love "steak and more." It was a Saturday early evening, and there was a tiny wait time, and we elected to sit at the lounge's high top table. We started with the fried zucchini appetizer, which came in spears, and enjoyed the light texture of the breading and the zucchini's taste. My boyfriend ordered the fajitas "Trio" (shrimp, beef, and chicken), and I ordered the carne asada plate. I tasted a piece of his chicken fajitas and was pleasantly surprised how tender and moist it was; he loved the entire plate. My carne asada was cut up into bite-sized pieces and was seasoned so well. The Spanish rice was so light and fluffy and flavorful. The meal was awesome! Our server, Emily, we learned from speaking with a local resident, was the manager, and she was friendly, attentive, and fast. She was handling so many things but never looked harried. If I had been recording, you could have heard her saying "corner!" many times as she worked her way throughout the restaurant. We'll go back, not just for the food, but for the awesome service too!

I have eaten at Pablo’ on two occasions in the last month. Front of the house does a good job. However the cooks are horribly unorganized. It took one hour and fifteen minutes to get a quarter rack of ribs and a sirloin steak. Sat down for dinner at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The previous time it took 90 minutes to get a steak. Both times the waiter told us that the cook got the tickets out of order.

This little spot was so delicious!! The beans and rolls are a treat! The fried shrimp were breaded and friend to ultimate crispy bliss! The ladies there are so kind and always smiling. Definitely recommend stopping here for a bite!
