Great service. I know I am getting good tires and will be safe for a few years. I moved out of town but still come back again and again! Brian is always awesome but today I worked with Dylan and he was knowledgeable and courteous. Less than an hour and my new tires were on and I was off!

I worked with Steve to have new tires put on my car. We talked a few times over the phone; he was very helpful and efficient. He was easy to talk to and they had the tires I wanted for a good price. I dropped off my car in the morning and he called me when it was ready maybe an hour later. Easy peasy, great experience!

My daughter took her car in for a winter-tire changeover. Unfortunately, a different town fair tire had given her one wring tire when installing the new winter tires last fall — they bagged up and sealed four tires but one of them wasn’t her’s, didn’t fit, and we only found out at the Vernon store when they opened the bags and went to swap the tires. Fortunately, the Vernon store did the right thing, helped my daughter out, stood by there product, and she was quickly and happily on her way. Good resolution of a customer service problem. Good work. Done in a timely fashion. I recommend Town Fair Tire, particularly the Vernon store.

My experience with Town Fair Tire in Vernon was fantastic. The manager, Brian, went out of his way to assure the tire sensors were working. He even added added my car for a rotation & alignment on the same day. When I returned to pick up the car- Sal & Steve were also very helpful to explain the results of the alignment graph & checkout. I am truly grateful for all their thoroughness and attention to service. Thank you Vernon team!!
