Best customer service from the time we drop off our car for maintenance or repair to the time we pick it up! We have been using this team to service our Subaru for the last three years and they have excellent communication skills and are always tremendously helpful. They always do a great job in terms of annual servicing, providing us with updates on anything that needs to be done on the car or that we need to pay attention to down the line. They never BS and they never try to upsell. They are always professional and courteous. And thanks to regular maintenance, we've never had any issues with our Subaru!

The service department at this great dealership is grossly overworked and you can wait weeks for an appointment but the staff are kind, professional, familial, sincere and thorough and they really get the job done. With parts being scarce, inventory low, patience non-existent and personnel not showing up they do hold it together.
