Dealt with Frank and Jim Ingenito to get a new Charger. Even with supply chain issues and delays, they were on top of tracking and helping us get the vehicle we wanted. Pleasant and seamless experience.

How can i get a return phobe call from the service department?I called 10 times in the last month bc my A/C doesnt work and no one calls back to schedule an appointment.This is by far the worst dealership and worst vechicle i ever owned 2015summitGC

As someone that worked in dealerships for 12 years, this is my best advise: Do not leave a message. Call and ask for a service advisor. If you get sent to voicemail, hang up and call back. Explain that you need to speak to a live person. If that fails, ask for the service manager. If you get voicemail, hang up and call again. Let them know that you you got voicemail again. If they tell you the service manager is unavailable, ask for the parts and service director. Repeat the process if needed, and then ask for the general manager. Always be polite and speak respectfully. As hard as it seems, don't lose your temper. Eventually the person answering the phone will reach out to someone high enough up the food chain get your problem addressed. Good luck.
