Definitely order ahead online and schedule an appointment as they don’t have much on display, and they can sell out quickly. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy

Very poor customer service from manager and cashier , I’ve been to countless dispensaries and never had this issue before, I ordered a cart and on the website it didn’t specify which kind of cart it was and also inside the store nobody asked me if what I ordered was correct to be able to use with what I have . I literally left and came back in the store within 2 minutes to exchange for something that would work for me and they’re best response was to just go buy a new battery after spending 90 dollars at your store . This was literally ridiculous. Never have I experienced such inexperienced and poor customer service . Cashier name was mave r. You guys need to make sure that your service providers are more educated on what they’re selling since your website does not provide that information . There needs to be a better return policy

Remarkable service & products! They know their stuff & really take time to ensure you get what you want. I buy products for my elderly mother, who has difficulty sleeping, for my brother, who has extreme pain & anxiety, and myself. I don’t shop anywhere else - this team is awesome!

Based on my exploratory visit - yes you can enter the shop. It isn't as casual as stopping off at your local convenience market, but that is due to understandable security concerns (e.g. a receptionist checked my ID, presumably to verify my age - I'll be 70 next month - before buzzing me through a locked door into the sales area; there are people around, I'm sure, who are looking for justifications to generate paperwork hassles and even a shutdown, e.g. for failing to make a very careful age verification however unnecessary under the specific circumstances).
