Quad Cycle is one of the few bike stores in our area where all the staff treats everyone like a valued customer, even if you didn't buy your bike there. I booked a fitting with Matthew, and he took such great care of me and my new bike. He was unhurried, thoughtful, methodical and knew how to solve any problem. The biggest surprise and delight was he was willing to finish the fitting by taking me out for a ride to watch my geometry and ask me questions about comfort, etc. Totally above and beyond service! I am so grateful! I would not go anywhere else because I know I want great personal service, and Quad Cycle is where a customer gets that.

The store itself is pretty well stocked in terms of both bicycles as well as accessories. They deal mainly in Cannondale and Scott. They also have some used bikes. Their store has all the variety of Mountain, Hybrid, Gravel, Road, & Electric Bikes in all types and sizes (kids & adults). What makes this store good is the customer service, especially Jerry and Matt were super helpful and knowledgeable.

Superb service. I had my bike fitted here and a gentleman named Matt helped me get properly fitted with my bike. They care about the customer being happy with the fit and comfortable on their bikes. They are also mindful of how often you use your bike and are mindful to the additional costs. I would highly recommend this place!

I was on a long-distance bicycle tour and started having an issue with my bottom bracket. Bike shops have been incredibly backed up of late (my local bike shops were quoting 2 weeks for basically any work), and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time to continue. We happened to bike past Quad Cycles on our way into Boston and thought we'd give it a try. The owner immediately diagnosed the issue and offered to take care of it right away. He fixed the problem in under 20 minutes, only charged $10 and also refilled our water. Truly a dream experience. Also everyone was very friendly. I can't thank them enough!

My friend i think you should directly contact with owner Rustem. Im sure he has an explanation on what have been done to your bike. If you are not satisfied with his explanation then you can post such a claim publicly. Nowadays small businesses are already struggling to survive. Making these kind of statements wouldn't help them and we might not have small shops to go to if they can't survive. Just saying...
Yes, Come in during store hours, Wear your face we reserve the limit of the amount of customers in sale floor same all same all ;))
I didn't see any quad bikes. I would call the shop.
