All American is a wonderful place to work! Management is very diligent and truly takes pride in the work they do. The staff are all very hard working and dedicated, which shows in the level of care provided to all residents.

I started working here a few years ago and I absolutely love it here. I have never worked for a company where I feel as appreciated as I do here. The kitchen staff, lnas, nurses, management and everyone I have worked with here does an amazing job and I can’t thank all the workers enough for making this job as amazing as it is. You guys work so hard and I appreciate you all! The residents alone are such a joy to work with and everything else just tops it off!!!

We couldn't be happier having my mom live at All American. The staff is wonderful, caring and super friendly to all. I personally think of the staff as family, because they know me and even recognize me on the phone. The last year has been very tough on the residents, not being able to leave the building and even sometimes not being able to leave their rooms. The staff planned all kinds of fun things that they could do in their open doorway, including singing and dancing and the staff would be in costume according to the theme of the day. GREAT FUN! Overall I can't say enough great things about All American...🥰
