Took my newer phone in as it kept turning off. They said it was fixed to come get it. I went in and they brought out another phone. With a cracked screen and someone else's screen saver. My screen was not cracked. I asked what happened why is it broke. They had no answer. Called back they said they found my screen and I can come pick it up. Only after I asked if they sold my screen to someone else.

Your best bet is too give them a call and they can give you the information you are looking for. Different screens vary in price. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 cost $249 but I had a nother samsung fixed and it only cost about $120

Don't know about iPhones but for a Samsung note 9, it was $250.
I tried to factory reset my phone cause I couldn’t remember the pass for the Apple ID, hoping that it would delete the account so I could make a new one. Now it’s on activation lock, can you guys fix that? If so how much would that cost?
