I have lived here several times through the last few years. Unfortunately over time this place has changed management several times, lack of communication, terrible trailer homes for the high cost. The last one I lived in a hole developed in the hallway to the bedrooms. The maintenance departments fix... Put a piece of pressure board over it and call it good. Not my idea of "fixing" the problem.

Yes we started off renting then we switched to buying, you just have to let them know what you are looking for.
9 to 6 most days i believe
3 bedrooms are ranged from 650 to 750 . Sorry they not very good with maintenance
