A month before a moved in I went for a tour. I saw the most beautiful apt. I didn't see any other unit. One of the leasing agents assisted me filling out the online application. Everything was perfect!! I received my lease and I had questions. My leasing agent always told me " did you read the lease?, all your answers are in the lease". I just needed to make sure I was understanding everything well but she was always annoyed. The day that I moved in, my unit was not ready and they gave me the wrong unit. I never saw that unit before. It was so small that I had to give away some of my furniture to the movers. They gave me a credit of $137 for not being able to move that day. I spoke to everyone at the leasing office about it. The manager was on vacation and was supposed to return on 7/18/22. I'm still waiting for a follow up call. Every time the assistant manager sees me, she looks away, like trying to hide for me. It's very sad. These people work here but I live here at least for the next 13 months. They are just focusing on getting residents but they don't care about the actual residents. I tried to call that number. However the call was referred to the leasing office. No one there asnwers calls. This is ridiculous. Worst place to live.

Edit: 11 months later… We gave them chance after chance to correct major issues that caused unlivable conditions and nothing was done. And after living on the property since 2019, we had no choice but to move. The living room window leaked when it rained. They put caulk on it and called it fixed. It still leaked and they never came back out. There was mold on and in the vents. But the worst problem… ANTS!!! OMG ANTS!!! I have at least 7 emails requesting that they do more than regular pest control and they never did. We were spending double on groceries because the ants totally ruined everything they could get into. The office lied and said we were the only ones reporting ants in our building, but at least 3 neighbors confirmed that they had them too. They do not replace the carpet when ppl move out and they change office staff literally every month! Rarely is any of the staff professionals or nice. Nycol, Chip (old manager) and Shaq were the only staff that were always polite and actually did what they could to help. It’s a shame bc it’s such a great area, but these apartments just do not fit. The new color scheme is terrible and ghetto. They should have just left the outside as it was. Moral of the story, YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Their prices are not justified AT ALL! They are simply taking advantage of the market.

I lived here for two years... they were long years. I had numerous problems throughout my stay. When I moved in, the apartment was not ready. There were unpainted drywall patches in the living room and hallway. The sliding glass door to the balcony was racked and it left a one inch gap on the side. The rollers in the door were also broken which made the door incredibly hard to move. It took eight weeks for the door to be fixed. That made the living room pretty cold in the winter. Also, when I say the door was fixed, it means that the crack was reduced from one inch to half an inch. I had ants in my kitchen and bathroom constantly. I put in service requests to have the unit treated, but I'm not sure it ever was. The breezeways were stained from leaking trashbags. I don't remember my building ever getting powerwashed. The dumpsters were almost always overflowing with trash. The parking was pretty bad. I routinely had people parking in front of my space and making it difficult to park. There is very little visitor parking. The pool and hot tub were pretty neglected. The pool was swimmable, but the hot tub was green and pretty foul every time we checked it. The neighbors below me changed in the second year. The smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke flowed freely from their apartment into mine. The air conditioner was 24 years old when I moved in. It took several service calls over several months to have the condensing unit replaced. I was told my apartment was 85°+ because there was no insulation in the attic. During the freeze of 2021, the sprinkler risers in the complex burst. The entire complex was without heat and water for 7-10 days. If you have read all this you are probably thinking that I'm a glutton for punishment and you can't imagine why I moved out. Here is why. Upon renewing my lease, the office lost record that I was renting an enclosed garage from them. I had stored power tools and camping equipment in the garage. Their lease terms of course say that garages are meant for cars and not intended for storage, but the office personnel admitted that everyone does it anyway. Since they lost the connection between my apartment and the garage, they thought that no one was renting it. When they sent maintenance to check the garage and reprogram the garage door opener they found my belongings. They determined that all of my tools and camping equipment had been abandoned by a former resident. How did they determine it was abandoned? They say they opened the garage door and left it open for eight hours. They figured that the owner would show up and question why it was opened. At the end of their working day they closed it and considered it abandoned property. I returned home one day and saw my garage open and empty. I learned that they had moved all of my belongings to four different maintenance garages throughout the complex. I don't know if things disappeared when they left the door open for eight hours, or if the men moving my stuff helped themselves, but I was missing several thousand dollars of equipment. They did let me out of my lease with no penalty, but that was the only concession. I DO NOT recommend moving here.

You may want to call and find out. I think it depends on how long ago the eviction was.
