Horrible place!!!! Do not send your loved one here!!! My sister came to pick her daughter and the nurse was extremely rude!! There whole etiquette is horrible!!! No one knows what they’re doing! Completely incompetent people who work there😡 At discharge no papers were given, horrible, horrible, horrible place!!!

I believe there's an issue of physical abuse with a certain African American stocky male staff member. I don't believe in any case that any staff should scurry a client to a room slam the door , toss the client on the bed bend a client's arm up as if he was going to be cuffed by a cop, a knee into the shoulder were the client had rotator cuff surgery then punch the client in the head. Visible marks left on client , pictures taken . Then they try to rectify by saying to client we removed this person to another floor, really for what so he can do this to others. His actions should of called for a immediately termination. Beware keep in touch with ur loved ones and question any unusual marks or bruises please.

Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about my adult son's needs. He has been there for 1.5 years and is doing great. The staff really does care about him and manages his care in an excellent manner. They provide daily activities and frequent outings for him. He is always clean and well taken care of. The staff are very knowledgeable about his condition. I highly recommend Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation to anyone!
