Good place to work ive been here for about a year and couldn't really complain the Office could use some help but cant blame the people who choose to work for the lack of staff in this generation. The pay is better then most companies or Nursing home . Management is very flexible whenever i have any emergency with my children. I have referred others to this company.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR OVER A YEAR IN A HALF. IN THAT TIME I'VE HAD ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT HHA'S. BECAUSE THEY EITHER QUIT OR BECAUSE THERE WAS ISSUES WITH THEM. THE LAST ONE I HAD FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND SHE WAS VERY NICE AND A CARING PERSON. ACTED MORE LIKE A FRIEND THEN ANYTHING. ALL OF A SUDDEN HER BOSS TOLD HER NOT TO COME TO MY BUILDING BECAUSE THEY WERE SENDING HER TO CLIENTS THAT HAD FAMILIES. IT'S NOT RIGHT! DIDN'T GIVE EITHER OF US A WARNING OR ANYTHING..ALSO NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE DONE THIS TO ME.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

My Mother in law needed services at her home, we wanted to keep her safe and did not want her to go to a nursing home. My husband and I both work fulltime and found ourselves struggling to make sure she had eaten, that her laundry was being done and that she had been showering. I had called one of the agencies the town suggested but never received a call back. Once I made the inquiry to Advanced Care I knew I had found a great company. The office manager Gina was awesome, and promised me she would find a good match for my Mother in law. I was worried because she has dementia, and sometimes gets paranoid and even a bit rude. The aide she has has gone above and beyond and is getting more done than we ever could. I was told sometimes the family can't convince them to do things but an outsider can and this definitly is the case. We are very pleased with this company.
