We moved in May 2021 our kitchen was flooded during move in day & we had to clean up the mess and use what we had and our dish washer was flooded but got “fixed” and again we had to clean it out and on top of all of that the bathroom tub wouldn’t drain so of course we fixed that problem by ourselves and November our dishwasher floods again still no NEW washer after we complained about it more than once and about the mold in the closet so you basically have to keep bugging them to come do something about it or else you’re just stuck with it like us so we decided to break our lease due to having Covid & losing our jobs and they was fine with it until we decided to leave a little earlier and now trying to charge us $1900 for what they couldn’t fix before moving us in. So much more could be added to this review but I am sure they know that!

Poor maintenance, unprofessional office staff. Rundown apartments, plumbing, air conditioning and heating all need to be replaced. Water getting shut off constantly. Our front doorknob fell off 5 times before they finally replaced it. Management constantly changing. Homeless people in the parking lots and laundry units. Both of our cars were broken into and items stolen off of our porch on multiple occasions. Crime runs rampant in the parking lot. Office even had to send out a memo about recurring theft of car parts. I have had to call the police after being followed to my car by a man in the parking lot. We lived here 3 years, I would not recommend this place to anybody.
