My daughter and I visited the leasing office after a long day visiting multiple complexes. Ms Jessica was just a peach!! She was beyond welcoming and took so much stress off our shoulders. The folks we past while looking around at the property seemed friendly and all LOVE Jessica! That spoke volumes. Knowing there’s security on property was the cherry on top. I’m a new resident I’ve only been here a month & I’ve had to call several times to fix my a/c. My thermostat was not working right a/c would run for several hours. I understand it’s Texas heat but definitely doesn’t need to run for hours. Maintenance was a little slow & blamed it on the heat. Not even! My experience here so far isn’t good & only wished there was more understanding of my concerns.

Jessica and Charlie made my first apartment signing very easy and stress free! Apartment complex is clean and everyone is super friendly! Maintenance is great 😊

I came into the Creek on Park Place office last week and felt I had to write a review about my experience. I have never laughed so hard. Charlie and Jessica's dynamic is hysterical. I am going through a divorce and looking for a place of my own and the process has been so difficult until I came into this office. Those two had me in stitches, literally. They are hilarious. Needless to say I will be moving in, in May and making Creek on Park Place my new home thanks to those two. They have a coffee bar and I will make it my regular stop for laughs. Thanks you two!!!!
