I’ve used them about two years. I like the 24/7 touch free wash since I work weird hours. I have found the wash to clean my van well with no scratches or real problems. To me, its a good wash at a fair price. I use my own portable rechargeable vacuums for the rugs.

Excellent costumer service. I went to get a membership, and the manager (James) was very helpful. He answered all of the questions I had. He was very attentive and quick to solve the issue I had.

I got a monthly, and when I came back I scanned my barcode, and it said invalid which Is a bummer cause I had a car show to go too and I had no where to wash my car. I would like a refund

I hate to do this, but you give me no choice, all I wanted is for owner to reach out. I took my car for a wash on Friday afternoon, used car tunnel, and my sunroof broke. Torey and 2 other guys were there to assess the issue, and write report, that will be sent to a owner. Also, he was so quick to point out to the signs that I entered the carwash at my own risk!!! and they are not really responsible for damages. I understand that antenna or wiper would be broken, costs $20 to replace, but to break my sunroof and say we are not reponsible, its little too much. Tried to call again today, but manager is sick, left another feedback at page, no answer.
