Worst complex I have lived in. To top it all off on my last month they completely overcharged me and “guessed” how much my electricity would be when I wasn’t even living there during those months.To make matters worse they won’t respond to any emails or portal messages I send when I’m simply asking for a reason as to why they thought this was acceptable, and a refund. Apparently the only way to get in contact with management is to write a review and have them write back a scripted apology with a phone number. Let’s hope that works this time.

Pretty nice place, big clean well equipped apartments. Nice courtyard, nice quiet gym, easy to access and walking distance from many good places.

Where do I start? From Management entering into your apartment to give tours without your consent, Packages being stolen right out of the mail room, to cars being towed in the middle of the night even though you pay for parking every month, it’s safe to say DO NOT LIVE HERE. Your money will be better spent somewhere else

I love this apartment building! Comes furnished for you and maintenance is very responsive through the app. The gym is amazing as well! Definitely the best apartment building for both price and amenities in Newark.
