Currently live here. The trash is always piled up you would think in such a big facility they would have consistent pick up. And emergency maintenance will not come if you have after hours emergency. My ac went out over night in the middle ove a heat wave and I was told that maintenance does not work at night. Unbelievable so what the hell is emergency maintenance. My apartment was 87 degrees and I have asthma. So needless to say I spent the night fearful of an attack, no sleep because it was so uncomfortable and couching because of the humidity.

Stayed here 3 years, was a lot quieter and peaceful 2-3 years ago. Monica was really nice, area was kept clean and most neighbors were friendly or just kept to themselves… very thin walls and music being played loudly everyday all day. Walls will literally shake from the vibrations. Parking is also a pain if you’re working and don’t get home til 5pm or later. If music doesn’t bother you, this could be a great place, otherwise I’d avoid it, or pray you get surrounded by quite neighbors.

I was so happy when these were built but im so glad I did not make the move. Monica in the leasing office is VERY rude and short while I was inquiring, I've also witnessed her be this way to tenants as well. A coworker of mine lived there during the winter and her heat stopped working and Monica told her they wouldnt fix it because of covid. Her ceiling fan fell on her bed, vent covers coming off, and had issues with washer/dryer that were NEVER resolved or compensated for. My car was broken in to in this development and police stated the leasing office were aware that this was an issue in the neighborhood, once they were contacted, they stated they had no plan to make the community more safe. You can tell the apartments were rushed to be put together as if you enter there are cracks in the foundation coming from the ceiling. In some of the buildings, the stairs are cracking which is a safety hazard. All that to say I dodged a bullet.

Really disappointed with Rockwood. I came into town and toured the apartments in September of this year. I knew I would be moving to the area from Utah (across the country) in December. Monica gave the tour. She asked when I was looking at …Alexis we would like to apologize for any missed communication with you. Issues in our customer service is not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on providing great service and we'd like to do the same for you. We may not be able to change the past but if you give us a chance, we can work to make things right. Our team hopes to resolve this to your benefit as soon as possible. -The Team at Rockwood Apartments I & II

I'm not sure my daughter in law lives there I'm sure you could go on line and look it up or call them best to YOU and your family. Patti
