Clean, well lit, never had issues with packages being taken or anything, pool is kind of in awkward spot where it's shaded all day but still a nice amenity, along with small gym. Lots of exchange students here from UD but they are all very friendly that I've encountered. Next door to kind of questionable apartments but haven't had any issues. Convenient to have Dunkin and shopping center with ShopRite and Walgreens and liquor store right down the street within walking distance.

The leasing office became a little rude and unprofessional to both the incoming residents and the residents. I do hope they could become more warmhearted and patient to their residents.
