Poor customer service. I am only person in line for a minute. Young lady came out poor attitude. No regular envelopes, no certified supplies to fill out. Walked out driv9ng across town for better service.

There are nice people here but it's obvious they need help due to being understaffed. The last few weeks our mail is not in our box and packages are returned without time to pick them up. This happens when USPS hires unqualified people quick and they are irresponsible, they don't want to be bothered delivering the mail properly. I don't blame the usual staff here because they great. But upper management needs to monitor this post office. The mail is not being delivered here as it should be.

I have lived in St. Petersburg many years and go out of my way to use this location. I have always had a good experience. They are open until 7pm weekdays and on Saturdays. My mail seems to move faster.

Great staff, plenty drop off boxes. Unfortunately doesn't open in time, and your mail may not be shipped the next day if you drop it in a box. Even if I leave my mail at the drop off, sometimes only some will be shipped. Your best bet is to give it to a mail man, but they keep changing delivery time.

I don't believe she can do that, however my husband works for the USPS and gets home around 530p. I will verify and send you another message If you live close to the main branch on 1st N and 31st Ave he will be their until 5p and his name is Christopher. I hope any of this helps. She can but NOT Legally! I hope this helps
Sorry to disagree with previous answer, but no they DO NOT have the forms nor do they process them! The closest USPS that does passports is the one in Tampa by the airport, otherwise you can go to the court house.
The hours are 8am to 7pm...
