Reasonable price for 4 new tires and an alignment. Michael was extremely helpful, and called to inform I could have my tires installed earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and well kept.

Jose is an EXCEPTIONAL addition to the PEP BOYS crew!! I came to get my car serviced today and with cars in the bay, customers in the lobby and vehicles awaiting to be service the "2 LIVE" Crew (Jose & James) did what they had to do! Jose served as the "Service Writter" and mechanic today and did it so EFFORTLESSLY!! I recommend EVERYONE to come to this location because GOOD customer service and GOOD work at reasonable prices are truly hard to find!! He deserves a raise!$!😃

They should show them some kind of paperwork for the service agreement from their purchase and I'm sure pep boys will tell you what to do from there BUT, I would try some different locations because some are franchises and some aren't and I would also communicate with the dealership to have them set it up with them! 😎😉
