Bought a lifetime alignment warranty on July 11, 2022. I took the car back on August 5, 2022 to get the two front tires balanced and steering wheel calibrated. All was done and good to go per Pep Boys. Not so fast, I took it back on August 10, 2022 due to the car pulling to the right and never got a call from them. Today I reached out to them to be told that they would not work on the car, and that the first alignment should not ever been completed and no lifetime warranty should have ever been sold to me because the rear bolts were shut. Furthermore the technician refused to drive my car due to my front tires being 10 years old. When I questioned the reason why I was never told of this? The answer, we are issuing a refund. What can I say Beware of some of these corporations trying to make a quick buck. Pep Boys indicated a full refund will come in the mail, but the manager said a permanent record will be made in their systems not to touch my car for wheel alignment unless they do all the mechanical work which they never even offered or estimated. I immediately took my car to my mechanic whom easily loosened the rear bolts and told me the front tires are in good shape. So disappointed with Pep Boys after being a customer for years. No more, I got to find another place to do the alignment. I wish Sears Auto Center would still be around as I never had any issues with them.

I had a lot of lights on my dash that were very concerning, I brought my car into pep boys and Jose was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I’m a college student and he made sure I got a great price which I appreciate SO MUCH!!!! THANK YOU JOSE!! Definitely will be returning!

Dropped my ladies car off to get a oil change and a tire patch. Get a call later, to my surprise, apparently I need a new tire.... took it next door to Sams club to get it patched with no issue. Steer clear of this shady establishment.
