Garrett, Carter and Nolan are absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. It is clear they are leaders at this shop. I come to them every time I need help with my car, and I know I can trust them. Carter really helped me organize everything and quoted me an extremely great price that didn’t break the bank, and that is what I paid out the door. I needed 4 new tires, brake pads and rotors, brake flush, & alignment. They did everything quickly and efficiently, and kept in contact with me so I knew when my car was ready. My car drives smoother than ever. Being a young girl, shops usually try to hustle me & add extra things I’m not sure if I need. Carter and Garrett were super informative & helped educate me in simple terms on my car & what I needed. My dad likes them & he hates everyone. Lol. I’m so happy I have a place to go if I need help with my car, somewhere with trustworthy people who aren’t just out for money. It’s rare in the world today. They go the extra mile happily. Can’t express my gratitude for the team at this location. Top notch.

This is my first time at ANY Pep Boys. Even though he was handling all the customers by himself, Brian got me checked in and out in less than an hour. Even better: he offered me a $20.00 discount for a PB credit application, which I did. After that, he told me I didn't owe him anything. For applying and waiting AND getting my bulb replaced? THAT is great customer service! Thank you Brian & Pep Boys!

They do an amazing job with their customer service and engagement. I had just purchased a vehicle and immediately had issues with it. They were speedy with getting my vehicle back to me knowing I was starting a job the same week. I would go back to them time and time again☺️
