They are a ripoff company. We have newer tires on our vehicle but one got a leak and the location of the damage was too far out to be repaired. The gentleman that assisted us said we needed 4 new tires because they were all bad. We refused. This week we went to Honda for an oil change and they told us that the tread on all the tires were great. The funny part of this, my husband sold tires for 25 years. We just wanted to see if they would be honest with us and they were not. Scammers.

Called about a week ago to look into getting 4 new tires on my Journey. I was driving at the time I called and asked the guy if I could provide my year make and model for tire size as I wasn’t sure and unable to look while driving and the man at Tire Kingdom wouldn’t look up my tire size he instead told me to call back when I had the size myself. Called back Friday with my tire size and the man who answered just after 8am placed me on hold for about 10 minutes and never came back until I finally hung up. I was able to call another automotive company and within minutes they were able to provide me with my tire size by the year make and model as well as get me scheduled with a quote. I am not sure why your employee refused to assist me in finding the size of my tire when I know he had the ability to do so and instead lost a customer to a competitor due to their lack of service and urgency to make a sale on tires that cost me almost $1000 for all 4 to somebody other then Tire Kingdom.

This location was effeciant and the counter help was helpful. My tire was not in stock at the time of my stop and it had to be ordered. It was ordered for the same day delivery which ment I had to come back later...which I did. While waiting I ate a little lunch across the street at a beef hotdog stand. When I returned my car was on the rack being attended to. I went into a nice waiting room for about a hour and a half, when I realized no one was calling for me to come pay and get my vehicle. I noticed at 4:30pm several people after me had come and gone and they closing at 5pm, and I was still waiting. I finally realized they had totally ignored me or forgotten me. Luckily I had enough sense to inquire what was the hold up. Well, apparently my keys and bill were sitting in a plastic sleeve on a hook staring at the attendant who fail to inform me a hour ago the car was ready, thus the reason for the four stars. Had he followed up properly I would have given them five stars. Will I go back again...Yes. Could they have done better at customer service... Yes! If you need tires I do recommend them as a go to, just keep with the time line for the completion of the job or you might be closing the store with them. Happy rolling!

The most unprofessional place, I came in at 8:30am to do an oil change before work and caught a c shaped piece of debris in my tire as I was pulling in. They said they could repair it give them an hour so I came back an hour an hour later to find nobody working on the car. They said they attempted to call me to tell me they could not repair the tire that ima need a new one and that everybody working on my car went to lunch. So they said they have to order a new one. They finished at 225pm. This place is no good. They did not call me and I showed them they didn't call and they said maybe they dialed the wrong number. 1 start.
