When I knew I needed to finally get a new car I didn’t think I would end up at a Honda dealership leaving with a different car than I was planning on but I’m glad that I did! Ian was a great salesperson and gave me all the info I needed as a first time car buyer. I never felt confused or like I needed to haggle for a good price or help. When my first idea of a lease fell through due to budget, Ian was quick to make sure he found me something in my price range that I would love so I could leave happy with the new car I’ve been working so hard for. I had a amazing experience at Westshore Honda . I was looking for a Honda Accord 2.0T both from Brandon Honda and Westshore Honda , I have been a loyal customer to Brandon Honda since 2014 but for some reason the person I spoke with didn’t really seem like he could help me and did not even try to get me to what I was wanting but Westshore Honda delivered that and more . My sales rep brynn was very helpful and kind . Not once did she haggle me on pricing or force me to buy . She was very knowledgeable about car I wanted and was able to exceed my expectation because of her and the team of Westshore Honda I was able to get the car I really wanted . id like to thank Brynn my sales rep for being awesome, Zach the manager for doing everything he could to get me the best value and the David the finance director for getting me signed up with everything . Very pleased with our experience with Juan Rodriguez. He listened to what we wanted, what we can afford and what was important to us and got us into a vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. His has a very honest approach, that makes you feel comfortable from the start. I feel the salesperson can make or break it at a dealership. Great shopping experience! Noah, Prince Elias, Sammy and team were wonderful in assisting us on purchasing 2 vehicles in exchange for a mini van we no longer needed use for. We arrived with a mission and left with what we had planned. Wonderful dealer location and a great array of vehicles available to look and test drive. We managed to get a car for our 16 yr old as mom downsized to a small SUV. Pleased on the trade in value of my van too! Great customer service. Welcoming vibe and feel at dealer. Lots of hustling with your associates too. Overall a great experience as much modern one at that! USB of all our signed docs (no more paper trail) arrived early evening and went home accomplished just close to 10! Took time to get what we were looking for but all in all smooth transaction. From online inquiry with Noah to financing with Sammy - our good used car purchase was a success ⭐️ Kuddos to West Shore Honda! 👍🏻 Super personable and genuinely caring of our wants & needs 👊

I have to fix my car and get back to my rep Pete, none of the phones are working even direct lines. The rep at main line is not aware of old name. Kuhn website is down for 2 days now and I can't schedule service. Rename is good but why all communications are down ?
I'd rather go to as fast food restaurant and use their used oil, at a cost of $100 per quart for it. Do it yourself or go to another dealership. I never received service there but judging from the sales staff I can imagine that it's less (an oil change) than a satisfactory job.
