Currently remodeling our home and like most, I am experiencing frustrations with back orders and out of stock items (groan) On a whim, I tried Tile Outlet on cattleman so happy I did. Stephanie the sales rep went above and beyond duty to get me what I needed. What was suppose to take 2 weeks for delivery, took only 3 days from placing the order. In a world where service has fallen by the wayside. Stephanie and the front cashiers out did themselves. When someone practices good customer service, ya just gotta share it ... Update.. 3/2/2022 .. again this company delivers great service stephanie and staff rocks .. but side note their products come from the USA Spain and I Italy...

I originally purchased tile elsewhere, and only went to Tile Outlets of America (Bee Ridge/Cattlemen) to purchase supplies needed for installation. It was then that I saw the tile I had been searching for online, but could not find anywhere. I decided to return the tile I previously bought and get the tile I REALLY wanted....I am so happy I did! Although more expensive, the tile I purchased at Tile Outlet of America is of higher quality, much more durable, and complimented our decor so much better. The reason for this review is to compliment and thank Stephanie for being one of the best salespersons I have ever dealt with! I cannot say enough about the support Stephanie was to me, she was absolutely fabulous! She answered my MANY questions and dealt with emotions like a pro. I had to visit the store numerous times (glad we lived nearby) to be the gopher for our tile setter. Stephanie was right there with a big smile and eager to help each and every time. I hope management values the gem of a salesperson they are lucky to have in Stephanie! THANK YOU, Stephanie!!! 😊

Had to drive down to this location to get the product as the Tampa location was wrong on their stock. Grabbed four cases of tiles that I needed, put them on a flat cart and then went to grab another item from the back. Walk back in three minutes, the cart is gone. Looked around for7-8 minutes and could not find. Asked the store manager, did somebody move my cart. He asked some employees and called and checked around and told me "None of my employees moved it." Had to have stock pulled from the back. Then this store employee said "Oh, I just moved it into a cart and moved it 5 ft away". This is completely not true. Spent 30 minutes plus trying to get four boxes of tile. No real apology, no slight discount. They had the item in stock that's why they have one star.
